Who makes it?
Tea with Company is brought to you by Faiyam Rahman (see left). It's currently a one man and friends operation operation, fueled by a love of food and making beautiful things.
Faiyam once traveled to a remote farm in the middle of a rainforest in Belize simply to spend time pruning cacao trees. He wanted to understand chocolate from the ground up.
He also has, at minimum, 5 to 6 different types of tea in stock so that he can always brew just the right type for the occasion. Lapsang Souchong to get the day started, chamomile to end it.
Simply put, he loves drinking tea, eating chocolate, and learning all about both. He loves learning about their history, about the culture that surrounds them, about how we grow them, and about how to drink, eat and cook with them.
